Saligao is the green, quieter choice, with paddy fields around Sunridge. Anjuna suits people who want beach cafes close by, and Anjuna Woods is about 800 metres from the sand. Arpora puts you minutes from Baga and Tito's Lane, which is why big groups like Casa Palacio.

Facilities differ from villa to villa, so ask about anything that matters to your group. Sunridge's 4BHK has a jacuzzi, Courtyard has a jacuzzi and a BBQ setup, and Casa Palacio includes a caretaker and chef service. Guests above the included number pay an extra-guest charge.
All our villas are in the Bardez area of North Goa, so moving between beaches, cafes and markets is usually a short drive. Mopa and Dabolim are the two airports. Tell us where you land and we'll tell you which villa makes the trip easiest.

Yes. Every villa here is rented whole, by one group at a time, with its own pool.
Sunridge's 5BHK and Courtyard Villa each sleep up to 15, including extra guests. Choose Saligao for quiet or the Anjuna side for cafes and beaches.
Starting rates run from ₹25,000 for a Sunridge 3BHK to ₹60,000 for Casa Palacio. Rates change with the season, and GST is extra, so check your dates for an exact figure.
Casa Palacio is our largest and sleeps 20. For a bigger group, ask the team about booking two villas.
