Anjuna Beach is just 800 metres away, which means you are within reach of everything Anjuna is known for while still coming home to quiet. Artjuna is an easy walk, and Hilltop and Titlie are both around a five-minute drive. It is a genuinely convenient address that does not feel like one.

Inside there are four bedrooms, four double beds and five bathrooms — every bedroom is a master with its own en-suite, plus a separate powder room for guests. The interiors are done properly: air conditioning throughout the bedrooms and the living room, a private pool, secure parking and CCTV, and 24×7 power backup so a cut never interrupts your evening.

The kitchen is fully equipped — crockery, cutlery, microwave, fridge, toaster and gas — so you can cook for yourselves, or have our cook come in for an additional charge. A barbecue stand is available on request. An on-site caretaker is present from 9 AM to 6 PM, housekeeping runs daily between 9 AM and 5 PM, and linen and toiletries are refreshed every second day. Bath, pool and hand towels are provided throughout your stay.
