New Year costs about double the standard rate, so settle those dates early if you want them. The extra guest charge applies for every night and GST applies to it too.

Is the Sunridge rate per person or for the whole villa?

It is for the whole villa. The price stays the same up to the included guest number, and only guests above that number add a charge.

Why does the 4BHK cost ₹45,000 in November when its standard rate is ₹35,000?

November has a seasonal rate listed for those dates. The seasonal figure replaces the standard rate for each night it covers.

What is the Sunridge rate for New Year's Eve?

From 29 December to 5 January, it's ₹50,000 for the 3BHK, ₹70,000 for the 4BHK and ₹1,00,000 for the 5BHK, per night before GST.

What do extra guests cost?

Each guest above the included number adds ₹1,500 a night for an adult or ₹1,200 a night for a child. These charges apply for every night, so a long stay adds up quickly. Ask what bedding the extra guests get.

How does GST work on a Sunridge stay?

Accommodation above ₹7,500 per night is charged 18% under the slabs in force since 22 September 2025, and every Sunridge rate is above that line. The tax applies to the extra guest charge as well as the villa rate, so confirm the GST line on your own quote.

What will 10 adults pay in the 4BHK for 2 nights?

From 1 to 24 December, ₹70,000 for the villa plus ₹6,000 for 2 extra adults and ₹13,680 GST comes to ₹89,680. From 11 November to 1 December it is ₹1,13,280. From 24 to 29 December it is ₹1,48,680.

Do children count towards the guest limit?

What should I ask for before I pay?
