Courtyard Villa is newly built and has character: a private courtyard with a traditional wishing well, a pool, a jacuzzi, a deck and a BBQ setup, between Anjuna and Assagao. Sunridge's 5BHK is about the setting instead, with an infinity pool facing the fields, surrounded by trees in Saligao.

A quick way to decide.
Courtyard Villa comes with daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi, power backup and secure parking. Both villas are rented whole to one group. Extra guests above ten are charged per person, and GST is added to the total.
Courtyard Villa is at Gauvadi, Anjuna, near Babka Cafe, and it sits between Anjuna and Assagao. Sunridge is at Grand Morod in Saligao, further inland and quieter.
