All three villas give you your own infinity pool, king-size beds, rainfall showers, towels and toiletries, a kitchen and a BBQ grill. So the real choice is how many bedrooms you need. A jacuzzi is listed on the 4BHK and 5BHK but not the 3BHK. Only the 5BHK has a steam room. This page sets out what our property records confirm, and where a detail isn't confirmed, we say so.

Each villa has its own infinity pool, and you do not share it with other guests. The view from the water is green fields.
It suits one large family, or six friends happy to share in pairs. Three more guests are allowed, but they will need extra bedding, so ask what form it takes.
Choose it if a jacuzzi matters and you don't need the size of the 5BHK. Peacocks are sometimes visible from the balcony, and sun loungers sit by the water.
Five bathrooms matter more than people expect in a house of ten. It is also the only size with a private steam room, and orchid trees and paddy fields surround it.
Every size has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and utensils. Add the dining table and the garden grill, and a night in is easy.
Sunridge is a gated community, so each villa is a private home behind a shared gate. The trade-off is that Saligao is inland, and no villa here is on the sand.

The 3BHK has three bedrooms and three bathrooms and takes 6 guests in the base rate, with 3 more allowed. The 4BHK has four of each and takes 8, with 4 more allowed. The 5BHK has five of each and takes 10, with 5 more allowed. All sizes come with king-size beds, soft linen, rainfall showers, towels, toiletries, a kitchen and a BBQ grill.
Sunridge sits in a gated community at Grand Morod, Saligao, with paddy fields around it. You can't walk to the sand from here. Calangute Beach is about 10 minutes by road and Baga about 15.

Yes. The 3BHK, 4BHK and 5BHK each have their own private infinity pool, so you do not share it with other guests.
