Ten bedrooms, two sitting areas and a private swimming pool, with the whole house booked to one group at a time. A dedicated caretaker and a chef are part of the stay. Rates are for exclusive use of the villa, booked direct with Vilmaris.

Baga Beach and Tito's Lane are about five minutes away, Calangute about ten, Anjuna about fifteen, and Vagator Beach and Chapora Fort about twenty. Mopa airport is roughly an hour by road; Dabolim a little over an hour.
