Refund & Cancellation Policy – Stay Vilmaris

Applicable for Stay Vilmaris Villas and Hotel, North Goa.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancellation is made more than 30 days before check-in.
• 50% refund if cancellation is made between 30 to 15 days before check-in.
• 25% refund if cancellation is made between 15 to 7 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Refunds for international payments are subject to prevailing exchange rates.
• Refunds apply only when 100% advance payment has been completed. Partial payments are non-refundable.
• GST is applicable on cancellation fees.
• Bank transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Periods

Bookings during long weekends, festival periods, special events, blackout dates, and citywide sold-out dates are strictly non-refundable.

Refund Processing Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working daysfrom the official cancellation confirmation date.
